OUR METHODOLOGY

FIVE LEVELS DEEP

Transformation starts with inspiration.  We design environments that immediately shift mindset to vibrant potential.

Alignment starts with purpose.  Being clear and aligned on the purpose, generates a container of trust that allows for creativity and vulnerability.

To be holonic in a group means that each individual participant is whole and sovereign inside of a community that is itself whole. This allows a powerful resonance, or a collective will to form.

With a collective will, the group can move from aligning to acting.  The actions of the group support the individual.  In turn the actions of the individual support the group.

Now with the group aligned in purpose and whole at all levels, a field of emergence brings forth new epiphanies, new creations and new ways of thinking, feeling and acting in the world. From this coherence, communities act, capital flows, and planetary flourishing becomes possible.
